A relationship-driven experiment years in the making. This arabica cultivar carries robusta genetics, bringing depth and an almost electric vibrancy.

🔺 Napo Payamino Dry Process Robusta – Ecuador
A revelation. From the Amazon rainforest, this robusta won the Taza Dorada competition, proving that robusta is more than just a caffeine vehicle—it’s a full-fledged flavor experience, dark and enigmatic.

As the initial intensity fades, lemon verbena and kumquat slide into a creamy richness. Then, the shadows: black licorice, dark chocolate, Brazil nuts, black sesame, and a rye-like spice.
