A honey-processed beauty from our beloved friend Gloria Rodriguez, Amarancia is a vibrant mix of Yellow, Orange, and Pink Bourbon varieties—cultivated at high elevation and coaxed into sweetness with that signature honey touch.

It tastes like walking through a garden in technicolor bloom. Think flowers, rainbow sherbet, citrus peel, and wild raspberries—all floating in a silky cup.

This is one of the coffees that helped define us.
