RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an illustration for the Unicorn Pony 2025 "Back of the Bag" Art Contest, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

• Open to all artists regardless of age or background.

• No purchase necessary to enter.

• Minors must have a parent or legal guardian submit on their behalf.

Submission Guidelines

• Submissions must be original artwork created by the entrant.

• Artwork must be drawn in black and white only using pen, pencil, or dark graphite.

• Artwork must fit within the designated dotted template area provided.

• Submissions must not contain any copyrighted characters, symbols, or references.

Selection Process

• All eligible entries will be reviewed by the Chromatic Coffee creative team.

• One winner will be selected based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the Unicorn Pony theme.

• The selected illustration will be featured on the back of the Unicorn Pony 2025 coffee bag, produced and sold by Chromatic Coffee Co.

Use of Artwork

• By entering, the artist grants Chromatic Coffee Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to use the submitted artwork solely for the duration of the Unicorn Pony 2025 campaign across packaging, promotional materials, digital platforms, and social media.

• This license expires at the conclusion of the Unicorn Pony 2025 run.

• The artist retains full copyright and ownership of the original artwork beyond this limited use.

• At the end of the campaign, the artist will receive the original magnesium printing plate used in the production as a commemorative gift.

Compensation

• No monetary payment will be made for selected artwork.

• Prizes include featured placement on product packaging, recognition on Chromatic platforms, and promotional visibility.

• Chromatic Coffee Co. will credit the artist wherever feasible.

• First Place Winner receives: 
  • 1 of 1 framed print of their art and the metal plate used to stamp each bag
  • 1 Bag of Unicorn Pony
  • 1 Chromatic Coffee Mug
  • Choice of shirt or crewneck
  • 1 Free daily drip for the entire time Unicorn Pony is served in 2025
• 4 Runner Up Winners receive:
  • 1 Bag of Unicorn Pony
  • 1 Chromatic Coffee Mug

Legal and Liability

• Chromatic Coffee Co. reserves the right to reject any submission that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise noncompliant with the guidelines.

• By entering, participants agree to release Chromatic Coffee Co. and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages related to participation or the use of the submitted artwork.

• Submission does not guarantee selection or use.

Additional Notes

• All entries must be received by the posted deadline.

• Chromatic Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged entries.

• Any modifications to these terms will be communicated publicly and updated accordingly.
