This wintry delicacy is the product of plants that grow amongst pines on a far flung and improbable lot, steeply sloped and plagued by harsh winds. It is a coffee that thrives against all odds in an environment more like Northern California and the Pacific North West. It is also the result of a coffee partnership that, as the saying goes (and as such partnerships rarely go) lifts all ships. A beautiful emblem to round out an absurdly challenging year. The fact that its fruit notes are rich and festive? That’s just the cherry on top. (Literally the cherry. It tastes of cherries. And coffee cherries. And currants.)

Expect additional notes of tamarind, hibiscus, cashew, with fresh blueberries and a syrupy body.
