This is a legacy cultivar of a rare mutation of the well adapted Bourbon variety in el Salvador. the fruit is physically large, and the berries are so juicy, making this a great option for wet, honey, and dry processing.

This wet process lot has the best rich complexity that one can expect from the volcanic soils which form the undertones of dark caramel, chocolate, and cashew, while also highlighting fragrant dried flowers, citrus, and bright peach and nectarine sweetness which will take you on a journey through your preferred brew methods.
