THIS. This is a natural mutation of the Red Bourbon cultivar we so highly revere from El Salvador and occurred naturally on the Rodriguez family's farms. 

The juicy, dense, heavy (and rare!) Elefante cherry delivers four times the juice of the average coffee cherry, and the seed has a big personality as well.  

May this be a year to remember (but not in the same sense as the last two years)! May it be bold and flashy, but predominantly sweet, and full of simple yet thrilling joys!
