The acidity is intense and citric, loaded with tangerine, red apple, and mango. Red currant and star anise peak out through golden raisins, dried apricot, dark chocolate and black cherry while doubling down with cocoa nibs, some creamy ube, lilac, chrysanthemum, and pistachios.
