The curiosity of these coffees is a prime example of the effect process can have on the exact same coffee, harvested on the same day, as supervised and done by our very own green buyer on site in Campos Altos. The idea was to show the differences in washing techniques and how they can affect the acidity and sweetness in the final cup.
Lot 261 is balanced, with caramel like sweetness and chocolate.
