Tulio Portillo, La Encarnacion

For our second release of producer series bags, we're pleased to bring Tulio Portillo. It's one of our favorites here at Chromatic, and it's not your typical Honduran coffee either. Rarely have we witnessed something so sparkly and fresh as Tulio's Coffees. In the aroma, we find notes of flowers and honey. The first sip brings notes of blackberries, and dino egg pluots. As it finishes, notes of meyer lemons and a round sparkling acidity coat your mouth.
